Bon Temps in French means Good Times. The concept of time plays a prominent role in the design of website and concept of the restaurant with a large clock on the home page. Being a cheeky reference to the idea of good times but also the the restaurants focus on seasonal fare. The change of time inspired the colors of site to change during night and day as well as for each season to reflect the seasonal nature of Chef Lincoln Carson's unique menu.
